  “My car was returned with the A/C not working, a transmission bracket that was bent in the accident and overheating issues. I returned to discuss these issues and was laughed out of the office. It wasn't so funny when they found out I had kept some of the insurance payment for this reason. Now they are suing me for the balance after I was forced to take the car to another source for the other repairs. There ad states that your vehicle will be returned in like new shape. Mine certainly was not, and I am sure I am not the only consumer that has been, in my opinion, defrauded by this company. Do yourself a favor, and take your vehicle elsewhere. It will save you time, expense, frustration and a lot of worry.”
