I really appreciated the professionalism and customer service I received from City Body from the first phone call I made. They took the time to help me understand the damages to my car...which made working with an insurance adjustor a more positive experience. Then they delivered the repaired car perfectly and on the date they promised. When issues arose, they called me to discuss my options. They really made me feel part of the the car repairing process and answered all my questions. ” -

“it was my first auto accident, i didn't know what to do, my friend told me to call this guy at the shop and he will advise you what needs to be done. so i call him up very friendly person, he pretty much guided me thru with the insurance claim process. what I'm trying to say is this guy will help you to the very end, seems very knowledgeable about the insurance side and knows what hes talking about . ”
